Well all that drooling paid off! Last week two bottom teeth broke out (thank goodness for Grandma who sat up at night while he worked on them). Its almost impossible to get a picture of, so you'll have to take my word for it, they're really there (come feel for yourself, his favorite thing now is biting fingers).

Chickens
This past spring we got three one-day-old chicks; Mohawk, Einstein and CarmelBob. Every night we would take them out of the cardboard box on the kitchen floor and watch them walk around the table. They were so cute! However, it wasn't long before they outgrew their box and their cute stage (teenage chickens are really ugly - but you're safe since we didn't take any pictures). This summer two of them started laying and we had blue and green eggs, which compensated some for them eating the lettuce and green beans from our garden. Mohawk is actually still laying for us (which we greatly appreciate, thank you Mohawk). The other two are also safe from the stew pot as we get great entertainment out of watching them peck around our backyard and watching Percy play with them (honest, if the wanted to, they could just run away from him, but they don't). I hope they don't learn how to use the dog door!

Godparents
These pictures are a bit old, but I wanted to take this opportunity to thank the families that have agreed to 'godparent' our sons.
Percival has the hugest crush on both Jenna and Claire; he can't stop talking about them. And he loves the mini-magazines Irene and Vince send him.
And despite the fact that Gabe and Erin have their hands full with their own little munchkins, they always seem to find the time to play with mine. Gabe has actually taken up the roll of Hadrian holder, and gets him to sleep before our drive home.
While I'm happy for my sons that they'll have these great influences in their lives, its also a great blessing to have such good roll models as parents. Thank you!
